If you have something to celebrate, and I hope you do, why not try making one of these? They would be particularly lovely for a 21st as the glitter adds a real sense of occasion.
Recipe time 5-10 minutes
1 bottle of cava
1 tube of pink sugar glitter*
1 punnet of raspberries
Ideally you need champagne flutes to serve these in
Put six raspberries in the bottom of a glass. Use the back of a spoon to muddle them slightly.
Top up the glass to an inch below the brim with cava.
Add one teaspoon of the sugar glitter to the glass – this will make the cocktail froth and increase in size. It will also turn the cava pink.
Repeat the above process for additional cocktails.
